入住须知

1.所有入住公寓的客人都需要提供身份证, 年滿十九歲,
2.客人在入住手續時,需交納一定數額的房費,除房費外，還需交納100元的按金。設施有損 壞的按價賠償，設施沒有損壞的，按金退房時返還。
3.房内冰箱物品需付费，洗浴用品并不是全都免费的，使用前请注意提示。
4. 請愛護房內物品，如有損壞或遺失，公寓有權要求賠償。
5.嚴禁攜帶武器、易爆、易燃、劇毒以及有放射性、有刺激性、有異味的物品進入酒店內；另外，寵物也是嚴禁帶入酒店內的。
6. 如果你需要一個停車位，訂房時請告知，以便預留車位。
7. 屋內禁止吸煙



Policies

Guests must be 19 or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Please call if you need to make other arrival/departure arrangements.

Payment: Balance in full due upon arrival (Landlords hold $100 damage deposits )When a guest check out, he or she should clean the unit and remove all belongings before the condition inspection. Any damage caused by the guest , should also be fixed. Otherwise, the landlord may want to keep some or all of a deposit to cover cleaning or repair costs. Both the landlord and guests must be there together when the inspections are done at the start and end of a tenancy.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside only, in our designated areas.

The fridge items must be paid, food and toiletries are not at all free, Note prompt.

Prohibiting the carrying of weapons, explosive, flammable, poisonous and radioactive, irritating odor items into the hotel; addition, pets are strictly prohibited into the unit
